When comparing city centres, Prague is the most expensive but it's quite easy to live "inner city" in Prague where rent and food halve in the space of 3 trams stops. Actually, it's recommended to not live in the centre of Prague as the inner city neighbourhoods are fucking awesome (checkout Zizkov, Vinohrady or Karlin).

I moved to Prague this year. To be 100% honest, I see more cons than pros of living here. Firstly, everything is getting quite expensive. Other European countries are experiencing inflation, but Czech Republic is particularly affected according to DW news and other news websites.
Prague is a world-class destination for live music. However, Strasbourg is not a live music destination. Prague is known as a music capital around the world. The city has a long history of classical music, but rock, pop, and almost any other genre is popular here as well. Strasbourg is not a live music destination.
